More than 300 civilians gathered in front of Jongno Boseong, Seoul, with a picket that says' refugees are against hatred.

[Recognize refugees in Yemen! Admit it! Admit it!]

Attendees urged the government to fairly examine refugee applicants, saying they are trying to reform the law.

Twenty other people who applied for refugee status, including Egyptian Anas, who had been hungry in front of Cheong Wa Dae last week, shouted the slogan.

[Ibra / Egyptian refugee applicants: I think all Middle Eastern people gathered here are al Qaeda. That is not true.]

Two hundred people rallied in front of the Jongno Tower, about 20 meters across the street.

They urged the people to expel the "fake refugees" who had put their identities first and abolish the civil law. The government also accused the 23 refugees in Yemen of allowing humanitarian status and leaving a false precedent.

[PARK Jung Sook / Refugee Refugee Participants: Refugees should never accept them. In this small country, people in our country are tough, but who will let them in ... .]

The two sides marched after the rally and once lured towards each other, but there was no physical conflict.
